Privacy policy
1. What we collect
Account data (name, work email, company), billing details, and the content of conversations your customers send to channels you connect to InqFlow. We also collect usage data about how your team uses the product. Forms on this website collect the details you type, plus the page you submitted from and the time of submission.
2. How we use it
To run the service: deliver and store messages, generate AI replies and scores, route conversations, and bill you. We use aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve the product. We do not train shared AI models on your customers' conversations.
3. Who we share it with
Channel providers you connect (for example the WhatsApp Business Platform), infrastructure and AI providers listed in our sub-processors, and integrations you enable. Never advertisers or data brokers.
4. Retention & your rights
Conversations are retained for the window you configure (default 24 months) and deleted on request. You can export or delete your workspace data at any time. Individuals may request access, correction or deletion via [email protected].
5. Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logging, and regional hosting options on Scale plans.
Terms of service
1. The service
InqFlow provides software to receive, answer, qualify and route customer inquiries. You are responsible for the content of your playbooks, for complying with the policies of the channels you connect, and for obtaining any consents required to message your customers.
2. AI-generated replies
The assistant generates replies based on your content and instructions. You control what it may say and must review its behaviour. We disclose to end customers that they are interacting with an assistant and always provide a route to a human.
3. Plans, billing & cancellation
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance; extra inquiries and seats are billed at the end of each month. You may cancel a monthly plan at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.
4. Acceptable use
No spam, no unsolicited bulk messaging, no unlawful, deceptive or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that breach channel policies or these terms.
5. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Data processing addendum
You are the controller of your customers' data; InqFlow is the processor. We process personal data only on your documented instructions, apply the security measures described in our privacy policy, assist with data-subject requests, and delete or return data at the end of the agreement. A signed DPA is available on every plan. Request one at [email protected].
